How to write it

Use your numbers

Satisfaction score, first-contact resolution, average handling time, contacts per day: put the ones you can prove into your experience.

Show the channels you know

Phone, chat, email, social media: say which ones you handled and how many contacts a day.

Prove soft skills with results

Instead of “good communicator”, describe what happened: “Won back a key account that was about to leave.”

Name your tools

Employers search for the systems they use, such as Zendesk or Salesforce. List the ones you know under skills.

Mistakes to avoid

  • Writing only “helped customers” for every job. Show the scale and the results.
  • Leaving out languages: a second language is a real advantage in support roles.
  • A long, dense layout. Keep it short and easy to scan, like a good support answer.
